- Please check if your camera is in “SETUP/TEST” mode, this mode is used to change settings and check photos or videos on the camera’s screen, please switch the camera to ‘ON’ mode, it will start detecting motion and take photos or videos.
- The camera will not take photos or videos when it is connected to TrailCam Go APP, please disconnect it to enter detection mode.
- Please enter ‘Motion Test’ at the camera’s setting to check if the motion sensor works, the number will increase if the motion sensor detects something check the above points and contact us freely if you still have a problem.
