excellent camera, but more importantly, the support team does deserve a 5 star rating. I had a couple of issues, not with the app, but my phone was all sorted following one call for assistance.

it takes a few minutes to get the complete details for the camera and settings, once you understand how the camera works you are all set.

After working fine for a month, the app on the phone keeps crashing. Put into deep sleep doesn’t help. Uninstalled app, and reinstalled. Still crashing. Tried app on a different phone, still crashed. Updated to the new app. The update is working better faster than the other app. Thanks, now Waldo, the resident possum can continue taking selfies.

App will not start on Samsung Galaxy S22, despite multiple reinstall and cache dumps. UPDATE 3/17/24 – It works! I am VERY impressed at how quickly the team fixed this problem. Thank you!!!

This is by far the best app and trail camera I have used. I own about 10x high end trail cameras of different models. I purchased a rather cheap camera online and found it was actually my best camera. It came with this app which is flawless. Works perfectly, lots of great functions, clear, no bugs, just excellent. I purchased another 3x cameras of this type to add to this app. Thank you!!
